The present invention provides artificial cerebrospinal fluid as a cell hypothermic preservative for bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. The cell preservative using artificial cerebrospinal fluid of the present invention is very useful for securing a high survival rate of cells during time taken for a cell therapy agent to be administered to a patient and can be applied not only to stem cells but also to various animal cells. The cell preservative of the present invention is useful as a preservative that can be used for cryopreservation and migration of cells for use as a cell therapy agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
