The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing plasmonic schirmer test paper which forms a plurality of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) nano-islands by the low-temperature deposition of a plasmonic substance on a surface of a porous substrate by thermal evaporation. An objective of the present invention is to analyze a biomolecule in a tear by using the plasmonic schirmer test paper having a plasmonic nanostructure formed on the surface of a substrate.
