The present invention relates to an eco-friendly movable sewage treatment system for maintaining and repairing an underground facility, in which a miniaturized sewage treatment apparatus for pumping and treating sewage introduced and submerged in an underground facility is mounted on a vehicle in order to maintain and repair an underground facility (manhole) installed on a road or sidewalk, such that mobility and maneuverability are increased, and to a sewage treatment method thereof. The sewage treatment system mounted on a vehicle to be moved, comprises: a sewage suction unit for introducing sewage and sludge introduced and submerged in an underground facility; a first sewage treatment unit for storing and filtering sewage and sludge sucked by the suction unit, and primarily purifying the same; a second sewage treatment unit for forcibly receiving primarily purified water passing through the first sewage treatment unit, and pressurizing and dehydrating the same to secondarily purify the same; a third sewage treatment unit for forcibly receiving secondarily purified water passing through the second sewage treatment unit, and finally filtering the same to tertiarily purify the same; and a multi-stage purifying means including a purified water discharge unit for reusing the tertiarily purified water finally filtered by the third sewage treatment unit as sewage washing water. The multi-stage purifying means is separately installed in two front and rear vehicles, such that the sewage continuously flows through the multi-stage purifying means without being stagnated, thereby carrying out sewage purification with a single process.
