The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing steatorrhea of lung cancer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for distinguishing steatorrhea of lung cancer including a step of determining whether genetic mutation in a lung cancer patient takes place, a composition for distinguishing steatorrhea of lung cancer containing a preparation for determining genetic mutation, and a kit for distinguishing steatorrhea of lung cancer containing the composition. The method for distinguishing steatorrhea of the present invention is able to distinguish types of steatorrhea in lung cancer with high accuracy, and thus is useful in diagnosis of lung cancer patients and application of treatment methods thereby.
