The present invention relates to adsorbents comprising organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous materials obtained from divalent metal ions and pyridine-based carboxylic acid ligands, and to uses thereof, and more particularly, can provide a water and/or alcohol adsorbent, which can desorb and regenerate water and/or alcohol at low temperature by being obtained from the divalent metal ions and pyridine-based carboxylic acid ligands, and retain high adsorption amount of not less than 0.15 gram and not more than 0.3 grams per 1 g or ml of the organic or inorganic hybrid nanoporous materials for water or alcohol even at low relative humidity, and especially, the water and/or alcohol adsorbent can desorb and regenerate water and/or alcohol at low temperature and has the high adsorption amount even under low relative humidity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
