The present invention relates to a fluorescent probe for detecting hydrogen sulfide, which is represented by the following chemical formula 1, and a method for preparing the same. A fluorescent sensor capable of detecting hydrogen sulfide according to the present invention can selectively detect only hydrogen sulfide quickly and accurately. In addition, the present invention can recognize, in real time, biological phenomena occurring deep in the cells and tissues by using non-invasive in-vivo images.
