Disclosed are a slip ring structure of a spreader cable reel and a spreader cable reel apparatus having the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the slip ring structure of a spreader cable reel includes a first slip ring connected to the same center as the shaft of a reel member wounded by a cable, a second slip ring connected in series with the same center as the first slip ring, a connection member connected between the first slip ring and the second slip ring and detachably fixing the first slip ring and the second slip ring, and a support member for fixing the second slip ring to a case for accommodating the first slip ring and the second slip ring. It is possible to perform precise control and accurate feedback.
