The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a shower head cover for washing hair. When washing hair with a conventional shower, at first, dead skin cells are not removed well with water by using various shampoos not to satisfy a user. Therefore, the user strongly scratches hair with nails to cause trouble in scalp. According to the present invention, when washing hair, water that is primarily sprayed is changed from strongly acid to slightly acid by a chemical method in a water purification process for a component of the water to smoothly wash hair. The shower head cover is covered and inserted to solve the problem with respect to a side effect to damage scalp while removing sebum and dead skin cells by strongly scratching hair with a hand and a comb. Moreover, a spray port is formed to protrude in about 8 mm for water to be sprayed from a dead end of a cock to directly wash a hair root in scalp to provide a more excellent hair washing effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
