The present invention relates to a mold core polishing apparatus for injection molding of a micro-array aspherical lens. The mold core polishing apparatus comprises: a polishing main body which accommodates a mold core for injection molding of a micro-array aspherical lens therein in a seating state, and has a water storage space; a polishing solution supply tank in which a polishing solution containing a polishing material is stored; a polishing solution spray unit which sprays the polishing solution stored in the polishing solution supply tank to a mold core seated on the polishing main body through a spray nozzle; a recovery pipe line which is connected to recover the polishing solution stored in the polishing main body to the polishing solution supply tank; and a magnetic filter which is installed on the recovery pipe and adsorbs a remaining metal separated from the mold core on the polishing solution by magnetic force. According to the mold core polishing apparatus for injection molding of a micro-array aspherical lens, the surface roughness can be lowered while improving the removal efficiency of a cutting trace or a grinding trace, and the advantage of recovering and recycling the polishing solution is provided.
