The present invention relates to a method for producing a scaffold for substituting derma, and a scaffold for substituting derma produced by the method. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: (1) producing an aqueous collagen solution by dissolving collagen derived from duck feet in an aqueous acid solution; (2) freezing the aqueous collagen solution; (3) producing a collagen sponge by primarily freeze-drying the frozen aqueous collagen solution in the step (2); and (4) removing acid components from the collagen sponge, and then secondarily freeze-drying the same. According to the present invention, the produced scaffold for substituting derma does not cause cell death when applied to affected skin, and helps skin layers healed in uniform thickness along with surrounding tissues, thereby being preferable without leaving scars.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
