The present invention relates to a high resolution implementation method of cell image stitching. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a) a step of receiving, for a biological sample including a target cell, a plurality of optical divided images with respect to each of a plurality of wavelength ranges; b) a step of transforming the plurality of optical divided images to low resolution respectively to generate a plurality of low resolution divided images; c) a step of merging the plurality of low resolution divided images to generate one low resolution stitching image; and d) a step of converting the low resolution stitching image into a high resolution image to generate a high resolution stitching image.
