The present invention relates to an electrolyte solution containing an additive for improving temperature characteristic, a method for manufacturing an electrolyte solution and an energy storage device including the same. To this end, the present invention includes a step for producing a mixed solution of propylene carbonate and an electrolytic sa a step of adding an additive to the mixed solution to produce an electrolytic solution. The additive is trimethylsilyl (TMS)-based additive or nitrile-based additive. Accordingly, the additive is applied to a propylene carbonate-based solvent to lower the viscosity of the electrolytic solution so that resistance reduction, ionic conductivity, temperature, and output characteristics are improved compared to the use of only the propylene carbonate-based solvent. Further, the problem of environmental pollution caused by cyanide gas does not occur, and the use temperature range limit of the electrolytic solution can be improved.
