The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing an exosome containing a super-repressor-IκB (EXPLOR) protein, a vector for producing an exosome which can be used for producing the exosome, the exosome which is produced by the method and contains the super-repressor-IκB protein, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases containing the same as an active ingredient. By using the method for producing the exosome containing the super-repressor-IκB protein of the present invention, it is possible to produce the exosome containing the super-repressor-IκB protein with high yield. Accordingly, the exosome can be widely used for treating inflammatory diseases.
