The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented extract of Acer tegmentosum, which comprises a step (A) for adding yeast and saccharide to an extract extracted from Acer tegmentosum branches and fermenting the mixture at the temperature of 35 to 40°C for 8 to 48 hours, and to a fermented extract of Acer tegmentosum produced therefrom for preventing aging or treating inflammation, and can provide a method for producing the fermented extract of Acer tegmentosum, in which antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties are enhanced by using a yeast fermentation method, and the fermented extract of Acer tegmentosum produced therefrom for preventing aging or treating inflammation, which is differentiated in quality.
