Improved use of surface primers in clusters

摘要

Methods and compositions for enhancing the use of surface primers during a surface amplification process are presented herein. The method is useful for surface amplification of an improved density. The methods and compositions provided herein are brighter, but enable the formation of clusters of the same density as currently achieved using standard cluster amplification.
