The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hearing loss caused by anti-cancer drugs, more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hearing loss caused by anti-cancer drugs which comprises a peanut sprout extract as an active ingredient. The composition comprises 50-600 μg of the peanut sprout extract per 30 μM of cisplatin.
