Disclosed is a sea chest having an inner riser. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sea chest having an inner riser comprises: a main body having a space for temporarily storing seawater sucked through by the inner riser; a riser assembly space located above sea level to assemble the inner riser after converting an arrangement state sequentially using a plurality of riser pipes; and a seawater suction unit for sucking the seawater temporarily stored in the main body to supply the same to an indoor facility of a hull.
