Disclosed is a sea chest having a telescopic inner riser. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sea chest sucks seawater at a lower portion of a hull. The present invention comprises: a main body of which a lower surface is opened to temporarily store the sucked seawater; a seawater suction unit for supplying the seawater temporarily stored in the main body to various types of facilities of the hull; and the telescopic inner riser installed in the main body and varying the depth of the seawater which is to be sucked through the descent length adjustment.
