The present invention relates to a disposable bioprocess system consisting of disposable bioreactors, disposable pump, and a disposable microorganism holding filter. It is the most suitable combination for the culture of the microorganisms suspended in the liquid medium of the high biomass concentration in the perfusion mode, a continuous process for the expression of the biological substance. The entrance port of the disposable liquid pump is connected to a liquid reservoir of a disposable bioreactor through the valve through the liquid transport port. The outlet port of the liquid pumped disposable pump is connected to the micro-organisms fixing the filter through the valve. And, the method for operating the system in a sterile disposable bioprocess perfusion mode for the continuous process.;
