A head mounted display (HMD) device is disclosed. The head mounted display (HMD) device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display unit for displaying an image, a communication unit for communicating with a massage chair, a sensing unit for acquiring information on the motion of the head mounted display (HMD) device, and a control unit for receiving massage information from the massage chair and adjusting the movement of the image based on the received massage information.
