摘要

The present invention provides a surface treatment method of a microchannel heat exchanger and a microchannel heat exchanger with a superhydrophobic surface manufactured thereby. The surface treatment method comprises: a first step of physically or chemically treating a surface of a coating layer made of silicon-containing aluminum to form a first unevenness of a micrometer scale; a second step of treating the surface of the coating layer with a nitric acid solution to remove silicon residue on the first unevenness; a third step of washing the surface of the coating layer with a base and forming a second unevenness of a nanometer scale on a surface of the first unevenness by using boiling water; and a fourth step of coating the surface of the coating layer with a hydrophobic polymer to form a hydrophobic polymer layer having the same unevenness structure as the first unevenness and the second unevenness.
