The present invention can generate a wind by allowing low pressure, generated when air rapidly passes through from a large area to a narrow area of an upper structure of a generator, to pull air of a lower end portion of the generator. The present invention relates to a generation method which can operate a rotary wing formed inside the generator using the wind generated at the moment. The generator has a generation rotary unit therein, so the generator generates little external noise. Moreover, the rotary wing is formed in a small shape to enable generation even in a region where wind speed is low.
