The present invention relates to a swivel chair for exercise and an office which is a chair capable of allowing convenient exercise anytime in a sitting posture. The swivel chair for an office includes steel bars (1) in the upper part and side surfaces thereof. The steel bar (1) standing on a steel bar sliding supporting bar (6) is pushed forwards for starting exercise, while being pushed backwards in normal times. In addition, a front vertical rotating ring structure (8) is installed on a front ring horizontal pillar (7) in order to do exercise by inserting an elastic band into a vertical rotary shaft included inside the front vertical rotating ring structure (8). A central supporting bar (9) firmly attaches the steel bar sliding supporting bar (6) and the front ring horizontal pillar (7) in the lower part of a back cushion (11). Moreover, the swivel chair for exercise and an office is able to make stretching convenient by inserting and pulling an elastic band into ring A (3), ring B (4), ring C (5), the steel bar sliding supporting bar (6), the front ring horizontal pillar (7), and the front vertical rotating ring structure (8), respectively.
