A walking rehabilitation device for the severely disabled comprising a wearable sensor comprises: an automatic patient transfer unit which moves a patient to a predetermined rehabilitation position while the trunk of the patient is lifted; a trunk exercise unit which is configured so as to allow the patient to perform a walking rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation position by walking on foot plates according to a selected walking pattern; and a control device which controls the trunk exercise unit according to the selected walking pattern and performs motion recognition and posture recognition of the patient in real time, based on three-dimensional location information transmitted in real time from at least one wearable posture direction sensor worn by the patient or a portable terminal carried on the patient, to reflect the same on the walking rehabilitation training.
