The present invention relates to graphene oxide produced by using pitch-based carbon fibers, and more particularly, to an epoxy reinforced composite material in which the prepared graphene oxide is used as a filler. According to the present invention as described above, the production costs can be reduced as compared with the case of producing carbon fibers using PAN-based carbon fibers, by producing carbon materials using pitch-based carbon fibers.
