TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to graphene oxide produced by using pitch-based carbon fibers, and more particularly, to an epoxy reinforced composite material in which graphene oxide is used as a filler. According to the present invention, production of a carbon material by using the pitch-based carbon fiber is effective in lowering the manufacturing cost as compared with production of carbon fiber by using the PAN-based carbon fiber.
