摘要

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an Hsp90 inhibitor-resistant cell line and an Hsp90 inhibitor-resistant cell line manufactured by the method. The present invention also relates to a method for screening a therapeutic agent exhibiting anticancer activity in the cell line using an Hsp90 inhibitor-resistant cell line. According to the present invention, Hsp90 inhibitor-resistant cell lines can be provided by identifying gene markers involved in Hsp90 inhibitor resistance. The Hsp90 inhibitor-resistant cell line can be used for anticancer therapy by overcoming Hsp90 inhibitor resistance through the Hsp90 inhibitor-resistant cell line and screening a novel Hsp90 inhibitor which enables effective anticancer therapy.
