Disclosed is a distribution system failure management method. The distribution system failure management method comprises the steps of: allowing a terminal device to receive suppliable capacity from a plurality of normally open points; allowing the terminal device to recognize a failure section through power supply data communication; separating the failure section; allowing the terminal device adjacent to the failure section to compare the suppliable capacity from the plurality of normally open points and select an insert normally open point; and inputting the insert normally open point to the failure section.
