The present invention relates to a sea floor crust mutation monitoring system by setting of a sea floor reference point, and more specifically, to a sea floor crust mutation monitoring system by setting of a sea floor reference point, which is capable of providing accurate information about a crust change, such as tsunami, through the observation of a sea floor space. The sea floor mutation monitoring system by setting of a sea floor reference point in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: at least three sea floor reference bodies (10) which are arranged in a triangle form on a sea floor surface, and to which sensors for detecting self-movement are attached; and a buoy (30) which floats on a sea surface by being connected to the at least one of the at least three sea floor reference bodies (10) by connection means, and receives data about movement collected from the sensors attached to the at least three sea floor reference bodies (10).
