Disclosed is a fitness ware capable of measuring electrocardiogram and electromyogram. According to the present invention, the fitness ware comprises: a plurality of fiber electrode units attached to an inner side of the fitness ware; a control module mounted on one side of the fitness ware, measuring electrocardiogram and electromyogram by supplying power to the fiber electrode units, and providing measurement values to an external device; and a conductive fiber material electrically connecting the fiber electrode units and the control module. Therefore, the fitness ware can provide a change in the electrocardiogram and/or a change in the electromyogram of a wearer during an exercise to the external device. The external device may use the measurement values of the electrocardiogram and electromyogram to analyze muscular movement and heartbeat during the exercise, analyze a balance state of a human body, and provide feedback on an analysis result to a wearer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
