The present invention relates to an integrated system for observing aerosol, cloud and rainfall, and relates to a method therefor. According an embodiment of the present invention, a remote observation system comprises: a radar for calculating a rain cloud profile; a GNSS for calculating a total amount of rain cloud profiles; a radiometer for calculating a light cloud profile; and a lidar for calculating an aerosol profile. According an embodiment of the present invention, a remote observation method comprises: a first step of calculating a rain cloud profile by means of a radar; a second step of calculating a total amount of rain cloud profiles by means of a GNSS; a third step of calculating a light cloud profile by means of a radiometer; and a fourth step of calculating an aerosol profile by means of a lidar.
