According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for preparing a gold-palladium supra nanoparticle comprises: a first step of preparing a seed solution including a gold (Au) nanoparticle; a second step of preparing a first mixed solution by adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and 5-bromosalicylic acid (5-BrSA) solutions to the seed solution; a third step of preparing a second mixed solution by adding a solution including a palladium (Pd) precursor to the first mixed solution; and a fourth step of adding ascorbic acid to the second mixed solution. Accordingly, a gold-palladium supra nanoparticle having a high surface area can be provided, and a sensor having high sensing capability for hydrogen peroxide can be provided.
