The present invention relates to an excess flow prevention apparatus having a malfunction prevention function, which can comprise: a fixing member fixed in a front area of a portion with a relatively narrow inner radius in a fuel supplying line for supplying fuels of a fuel tank to an injector in an LPLI vehicle; an elastic member fixed in the fixing member; a plate disposed at an end portion of the elastic member, wherein the elastic member can be increased due to the flow speed of the fuels when exceeding predetermined reference pressure due to a pressure difference between a front end coming in contact with the fuel tank and a rear end coming in contact with the injector within the fuel supplying line so that a narrow portion of the fuel supplying line can be blocked; and an electromagnet fixed in the fixing member and forcing a magnetic force to the plate to open the narrow portion.
