COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING EGGPLANT SEED ULTRASONICATING EXTRACT OF FERMENTED BY AUREOBASIDIUM PULLULANS

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin protection containing a black yeast fermented sonicated extract of eggplant seeds which is obtained by fermenting a sonicated extract of eggplant seed sonicated by an ultrasonic extractor. More specifically, the cosmetic composition contains an extract of eggplant seeds having enhanced moisturizing effect and antioxidant effect through extracting eggplant seeds by sonication and fermenting the sonicated extract using black yeast. According to the present invention, the composition is excellent in antioxidant effect, skin moisturizing effect, and skin barrier enhancing effect; and also has excellent stability without causing discoloration, separation and precipitation with respect to temperature change.
