Disclosed is an offshore structure in which a stability-enhanced block wall is installed in a cargo oil storage tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the offshore structure comprises: a plurality of cargo oil storage tanks divided by a plurality of partition walls within a hull; and a plurality of ballast tanks transversely neighboring to the cargo oil storage tanks.
