The present invention relates to a wearable device for an emergency medical technician at a disaster site, wherein an emergency medical technician puts on a harness or a vest where battery and a controller are installed and then puts on a glasses-type wearable connected to the controller in the face, thereby being capable of determining a state of a patient based on signals transmitted wirelessly. The wearable device of the present invention comprises: a glasses-type wearable put on in the face by an emergency medical technician at a disaster site and equipped with a display showing the state of a patient with regard to severity and changes in vital signs of the patient; a controller connected via wired communication to the glasses-type wearable to display the severity or vital signs of the patient, transmit voice of a doctor at a remote area, photograph the situation at the disaster site, store an image, transmit data and control the glasses-type wearable; and a battery unit installed on a harness or a vest by being connected to the glasses-type wearable and the controller via wired communication so as to make electricity charging and supply power to the glasses-type wearable and the controller. According to the present invention, an emergency medical technician puts on a harness or a vest where a battery and a controller are installed and then puts on a glasses-type wearable connected to the controller in his/her face, thereby not only being capable of determining the state of a patient based on signals transmitted wirelessly, but also enabling a doctor located at a remote area to identify the state of the disaster site through the image and the recorded voice and give medical instructions based on the state of a patient to an emergency medical technician, such that the patient can be rapidly handled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
