The present invention relates to a method for analyzing pro-vitamin A carotenoids in feed materials using high performance liquid chromatography. The method for analyzing a content of pro-vitamin A carotenoid in the feed materials using the high performance liquid chromatography of the present invention can quickly and accurately analyze the content of α-carotene and β-carotene in the feed materials. As a result, the content of vitamin A in the feed materials can be calculated, and the content of vitamin A in the feed materials supplied to Korean native cattle can be systematically controlled to contribute to enhancement of the quality of Korean native cattle.
