The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet for protecting an insulation material of a cargo of an LPG carrier, and more specifically relates to a waterproof sheet for protecting an insulation material of a cargo of an LPG carrier which protects an insulation material from moisture and physical impacts with improved incombustibility such that fire accidents can be prevented.
