The present invention relates to a cargo hold of a medium-large size liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carrier using a high-performance insulation structural member, a manufacturing method thereof, and a high-performance insulation structural member thereof. According to the present invention, the high-performance insulation structural member has structural performance by a strong adhesion structure since non-foaming polyurethane is perfectly attached to an inner surface of an upper plate, an edge frame, and a lower plate in a metal box space to be affixed, and maintains insulation performance without insulation performance degradation even when used for a long period of time since non-foaming polyurethane surrounds an insulator by airtight adhesion to protect the insulator to prevent gas entry. Also, the cargo hold of an LPG carrier using a high-performance insulation structural member can eliminate an enormous rectangular space between a conventional independent tank and a hull to greatly improve space efficiency since the cargo hold is directly constructed on a hull instead of insertion of an independent tank.
