An embodiment of the present invention provides a preparation method of a sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide using a sulfur compound, a production method of a sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide sheet and a polymer composite which are produced by using the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide, the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide produced by the preparation method of the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide, and the sheet and polymer composite using the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide, wherein the preparation method of the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide using the sulfur compound comprises the steps of: adding a graphite powder to an acidic solution to prepare a first solution; stirring and reacting the first solution to disperse the same, and obtaining a stripped graphene oxide from the dispersed first solution; mixing the graphene oxide with the sulfur compound to prepare a second solution; heat-treating the second solution; and cooling the heat-treated second solution to obtain the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide. The preparation method of the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide using the sulfur compound according to an embodiment of the present invention can prepare a reduced graphene oxide with significantly improved electrical properties by doping sulfur on a graphene oxide with reduced electrical properties during the oxidation process, thereby forming a reduced graphene oxide.
