Disclosed is a maintenance floating dock, which is a maintenance floating dock of a new concept capable of redocking and repairing a floater anchoring on the sea to produce crude oil or liquefied gas without stopping production work, including: a system to drain sewage and wastewater generated from a top side of the redocked floater. According to the present invention, to redock and repair the floater (1) performing a principal mission while lowering a submarine connection member under a hull part the maintenance floating dock by entering under the floater (1) and then floating the floater (1) on water, the maintain floating dock comprises: a pontoon deck (110) having a submarine connection element entry groove (112) through which a submarine connection element enters; and a compensating drain processing device (200) installed on a side surface (116) of the pontoon deck (110), wherein the compensating drain processing device (200) includes a compensating oil mixing water caisson (220), which is installed in a position just below an oil mixing water caisson (10) for processing sewage and wastewater of the redocked floater (1) to receive the sewage and wastewater dropped from the oil mixing water caisson (10) so as to drain the same to the water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
