The present invention relates to an organic waste pretreatment method for improving anaerobic digestion efficiency. More specifically, the present invention relates to an organic waste pretreatment method for improving anaerobic digestion efficiency, comprising the following steps: supplying organic waste containing specific concentration of water into a reaction tank; installing an electrode composed of a positive electrode and a negative electrode in the reaction tank; and generating plasma by applying voltage to the positive electrode. The positive electrode is made of tungsten, and the negative electrode is made of stainless steel.
