The present invention relates to an organic thermoelectric material including an organic weak base and an organic thermoelectric element. Specifically, the present invention is to provide an organic thermoelectric material manufactured into a film by combining a polythiophene derivative having acidity with an organic weak base to neutralize a solution and then drying the solution, and an organic thermoelectric element manufactured using the same. According to the present invention, a thermoelectric element production system using a light and flexible organic material instead of an inorganic material can be constructed and a small-scale wearable power generation system using bioheat can be constructed.
