The present invention relates to a device for measuring a circumference of a tire, comprising: a movable member having a mounting space; a rotating member provided in the mounting space of the movable member and having a plurality of forks inserted and fixed to an inner periphery surface of the tie; a measuring unit mounted to the movable member positioned on an upper portion of the fork to evenly measure a circumference of the rotating tire; and a display for collecting and calculating measured data of the measuring unit to display the data. By comparing inherent specification values of the circumference per size of the tire with the value measured by a displacement sensor of the measuring unit, it is possible to set measurement rotation time without measuring the circumference per rotation. Also, a standard deviation is calculated by the measured data, thereby improving stability and linear reliability of the data.
