The present invention relates to a method for recycling food waste wastewater, and more particularly, to a method for recycling food waste wastes, which comprises the following steps: a step in which biogas is recovered by anaerobic digestion of high concentration organic wastewater; and a step in which digested waste liquor is subjected to acid fermentation followed by buffering and vacuum distillation and generated high concentration volatile ammonia is used as a reducing agent of nitrogen oxide.
