The present invention relates to a separation storage tank for food waste for anaerobic digestion and a pretreatment apparatus and a pretreatment method for food waste for anaerobic digestion including the same. The present invention includes an inner container portion into which crush-smashed food waste is put; an outer container portion in which the inner container portion is immersed and fixed and into which the finely smashed food waste flows through the inner container portion; a stirring unit that is rotatably disposed in the outer container portion and the inner container portion to stir the food waste put thereinto; and a stirring driving unit that is disposed above the outer container portion to provide a rotary driving force for the stirring unit. According to the present invention, the finely smashed food waste is screened and discharged by the outer container portion or the coarsely smashed food waste is diluted and discharged by the inner container portion so that the finely smashing properties of the food waste can be improved in a finely smashing screener, which is a post process, and the anaerobic digestion efficiency and the ease of operation can be improved for the food waste discharged to an anaerobic digestion process.
