The present invention relates to a removable U-turn anchor structure and a removable U-turn anchoring method which greatly improve construction reliability and a tension line removal rate. The removable U-turn anchor structure with front compression and rear tension is inserted into a drilled hole on the ground to reinforce soft ground, and comprises: a tension line; a compressive load carrying body which is a member having a compression resistance surface on a front, and has a guide groove formed on both sides facing opposite directions to allow the tension line to pass therethrough; two to six tension resistance bodies which are a straight member, and are coupled to a rear of the compressive load carrying body; and a U-turn guide member directly coupled to the rear of the load carrying body or coupled to an upper portion of a center of the tension resistance bodies between the tension resistance bodies. A pair of the tension lines is sheathed in a sheathing hose in a drilled hole section, descends past the guide groove of one side of the compressive load carrying body, turns around the U-turn guide member, and ascends past the guide groove of the other side of the compressive load carrying body.
