The present invention relates to a U-turn anchor structure to significantly improve reliability of construction and a tension line removing rate in response to characteristics of the soft ground and a removable U-turn anchoring method. According to the present invention, provided is a front compression backward tension type U-turn anchor structure which is a U-turn anchor structure inserted into a ground drilling hole to reinforce the ground, and comprises: a compression resistance plate in which a guide groove is formed at both sides; and a tension resistance body having a pair of release rebars coupled in the shape in which both ends are individually wound and turn on an outer circumferential surface at both sides of a short tube type U-turn inducement member having a circular cross section to be lowered. The tension resistance body is coupled to a lower portion of the compression resistance plate, and an opening direction of the inducement member and an opening direction of the guide groove are coupled to cross at right angles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
