The present invention relates to a core-shell structured scaffold for hard tissue regeneration with s two crystalline phase and to a preparing method thereof. The core-shell structured scaffold for hard tissue regeneration with s two crystalline phase according to the present invention includes a core which is an apatide base and a shell which is a brushite base, thereby not only having mechanical properties as a support, but also having biodegradability to have a remarkably elevated function required for hard tissue regeneration. Additionally, the preparing method of the core-shell structured scaffold for hard tissue regeneration can be performed at room temperature.
