The present invention relates to a degradation objectifying method of point cloud data of a tunnel surface that can easily check degradation of an inner surface of the tunnel in a short period of time. The method includes the steps of: installing a laser scanner on the ground of a tunnel at a predetermined distance from a side and a ceiling of an inner surface of the tunnel; measuring four or more reference points of the inner surface of the tunnel, of which absolute coordinates are known; performing positioning scan on the inner surface by the laser scanner in a state in which the laser scanner is rotated at an angle of 90 degrees to an axis of the tunnel; performing surface scan on the inner surface by the laser scanner in a state in which the laser scanner is rotated to be in line with the axis of the tunnel; processing data obtained from the reference point measurement and the positioning scan to grasp the installed position of the laser scanner; and processing data obtained from the surface scan to realize surface data and image on the inner surface of the tunnel to be measured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
